In his work with CSX, Dr. Suarez has visited various locations and has gone to the field to gain an experiential appreciation of the operational demands and rigor of the work. He has conducted and facilitated strategy sessions, consulted with senior leaders, served as advisor to numerous teams and has engaged in activities supporting CSX's aspirational objectives. His exposure to the "real railroad world" has given him invaluable insight to offer advise on performance and service excellence initiatives.
